Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: A fee equal to 50% of the service total will be charged. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service after the deposit has been applied. A new deposit will be required to book future appointments.
A valid card on file is required for all appointments. If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed due to an invalid, expired, or declined payment method, booking privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid. Future booking requests may be accepted or declined at management's discretion.
Clients with two (2) or more late cancellations and/or no-shows may be required to prepay future services in full and may be subject to booking restrictions at management's discretion.
